BT's web email is broken for me today. The new email has been working OK for the past few months since it changed to the new email system.
I get "Loading" with the revolving circle and eventually a pop box with "Sorry this request could not be completed".
Anyone else haveing problems? I am using the Edge (Chromium) browser.

I'm now getting limited access, very slow, and page configuration is all wrong.

I'm having problems too. I was thrown out of my log-in procedure twice and now I see the message below.
My bank Santander had major problems with its on-line banking at the weekend. They say things happen in threes - what next?!! ;o)
What a bizarre time for 'tellus@bt.com' to send me this email just after my previous post:
"We're all about making sure our customers get the best possible experience from us, but we need your help to do that. Please tell us how it feels to be one of our customers by filling in our quick survey".
They asked so I told them!
Would one of the Moderators tell them that mail is down please?

And also a lack of emails for a couple of hours makes me suspect some have gone missing.
I have a similar issue. Am unable to log in at all, just sends me to the main BT page. Last time we had issues I posted my problem and asked if there was anything else to do - ie let BT know somehow. I assume that has been done?
