BT email log in query

Any idea what it means when I try to log on to BT email and the screen is blank but the search bar says Welcome to Federation ??

I have been having the same problem. After a number of attempts I did manage to get in. Tried from two different computers with different browsers, had same issue so it must be a BT problem. No problem using MS Outlook though.

There is a fault report on the BTMail log on page which may be relevant.

I am having the same problem today. Emails are coming through on my phone but just a blank screen on my laptop.

At 5th attempt in last half hour, email has now loaded. 

I'm almost at a stage where I could weep over BT Mail - having enjoyed the service for about 15 years with only very minor hiccups, the last 2 months has been fraught, very fraught. I feel like I'm walking on eggshells, and the robustness of the service that I had confidence in, has been decimated.

BT - please can you restore my confidence?

Seems like the problem has returned. I was eventually able to log on yesterday but problems again this morning.

I am getting this today the 10th so frustrating - BT if something is not broken why change it? please give me back my old email system I much preferred it.
