The problem is, the broadband is not in my profile, which means the system thinks i don't have broadband, but I am paying for the broadband and using it. I need someone to reinstate the broadband in my profile package

Hi, I am having the same problem. Did you ever get it fixed. I was promise a call back tomorrow, I hope they don't lie.
I was going to upgrade to the unlimited faster broadband, but the order failed. Need a solution from someone to resolve this issue
