My teenage son clearly thinks I'm stupid, so on the offchance he's not wrong about this, perhaps you helpful lot can set things straight:
My son's desktop and phone have restricted hours, done using the Settings page of my BT homehub access. Some months ago I changed the admin password, and as I usually have to go in once a week or so to make minor changes to the times depending on what he and I have agreed, I know the password I use is active and correct.
This time I went away for an evening, and came back to find the admin password had mysteriously reset itself to the Factory Reset one from the back of the hub, and both devices no longer had any time limits. He swears BLIND he didn't touch anything, but as he has form he's not looking good on this argument.
So, settle an argument: can a homehub reset its admin password and all device settings without a human intervention such as a Factory Reset?
