Re: BT NOT honest with customers

for people who are saying ah yes but it says up to for speed.

1. this thread wasnt about that its about being honest about what bt actuall traffic shape at peak time

2.As far as i was aware the upto ment what your line would snyc at. so for eg if you are a certain distance from exchange then you might get 6 meg or a little further away 4meg or right next to it 8meg etc for adsl service

and more if you are on adsl2 and more if u are on fttc.

And you should expect roughly that speed all the time.(yes it may fluctuate a little at peak but should be only a little)

Not the fact for speed flutuating by a significant amount esp on fttc. Not just a meg or 2 but 15-20 loss on fttc.

Re: BT NOT honest with customers

Sorry but I totally disagree with you,  i been in Sky for 3 years,  and never never  had problem,

pass to BT for 12 days, and a lot problems,  bad service,  liar customer service,  technical support non professional,

finally back to SKY  and no problems at all,

unfortunately  not always the ISP can provide the best service,  and is near impossible keep all customers happy.

but if you looking again in forums,  maybe can find  1000 users unhappy with SKY

and  10.000 unhappy with BT  that mean,  who ISP is the more wrost service ?

Re: BT honest with customers?

Same here no problems with IMAP at any time like you don't get paid and certainly do not have a care manager
