noticed last night i was having speed issues down to about 8mg and i have checked three times today and its about the same between 8-12mg, i've had Infinty for about 1 and a half months its been fantastic so far with a connection of 78mg so i could never complain. I have run three tests today on the BTW Performance page i'm using a new ASUS laptop running windows 7, can i get a mod to contact me please. I have done tests on the laptop my phone and xbox one they alll show the same thanks for reading...

Can you post your helpdesk data from the HH5 please? These are in Troubleshooting/Helpdesk on the web interface at http://192.168.1.254 or http://bthomehub.home or http://bthub.home

have you tried using an ethernet cable instead of wireless and see what download speed that shows

only got a speed of 12mg with the ether net cable plugged in i tried this morning
can you run btspeedtester diagnostic test with ethernet cable and post the results please
