Hi,
I just go BT infinity, fibre to cabinet.
I am happy with the average speed, 45mbps wi-fi, and 70+ wired, but when i do a speed test the graph looks like the teeth of a saw blade. 90,0,70,55,40,2,50,1,115,3,66,5,40,9 and so on.
Before the upgrade my speeds were relativity constant, 15,16,18,14,19,12,11,15,15,14 and so on.
In other words, a speed test gave results on a graph that looked like small ripples on a straight line. I averaged 16mbps, and usually a speed test showed I was getting close to my average all the time.
Now my average is far higher, but is fluctuating from 0 to 100, it looks like a recording of an earthquake on a seismograph. Up, down, up down, up down.
Is this normal?
