BT infinity install next week no engineer visit?

I'm due to have infinity installed Thursday. Homehub being delivered on Tuesday. However I've been told I don't need an engineer visit. However my master phone socket is a standard one non openreach. NTE5 is the one which it looks like.

Can you post a screen of the estimate as you will have been given a range, not a set figure. 20Mbps download only indicates Infinity 2, not many users can achieve it.

yes it is BT /Openreach are trialing self installs on connections at 80 Mb
