I got the BT infinity 3 4 days ago, which should guarantee at least 59, or up to 70ish mbps, However the speed is between 20 to 27 down with around 6 up. The line is connected through a filter into the smart hub, with an ethernet connection to my pc.
EDIT: The person living next door to me gets the full speed from the unlimited infinity 1, but im not even getting that speed with unlimited infinity 2 😞

The stats for the Home Hub 6 can be found on the Information page from http://192.168.1.254 then Advanced Settings -> Technical Log.
Can you post back the results of this checker editing out your phone number
Can you use this speed tester then carry out the further diagnostics and post back a screen shot of all the results including your IP profile for up and down.
This test must be done with a wired connection.
