I signed up for BT broadband via U switch in June and was offered a £100 MasterCard reward card.
my broadband is up and running but when I sign in to my BT account it doesn’t show any rewards.
can anyone tell me how to rectify this please?
Hi @wormy73 what date was your broadband connected? The 14 day cooling-off period needs to finish before the reward card can be claimed.
it was set up on the 19th June
