BT mobile app showing wrong charge per month

Go to solution
just signed up on £5 per month deal, but app shows £10!! Is that because it's discounted as I am BT broadband customer? Don't want to be charged £10!

I would expect your bill to show both the full price and a £5 discount. If you stop BT Broadband then the discount entry would disappear. Certainly worth checking your next bill.

At first mine was showing £17.00 but now showing £12.00 may be it just takes a few days to sort it self out . If you are still worried just give BT a ring and i'm sure  they will correct it .Man LOL

I've just signed up for this too and mine also shows £10 (including all discounts) I do not want to be charged £10.

Has anyone esle experienced an incorrect charge?

Update to this - I've just come off the phone to Customer Options who assure me that I will only be charged £5 - this is because I am an existing customer with a BT Landline. Looks like the app does not show this, only the standard £10.
