Why is this problem had it since 11.30 today - i tried connecting to BT wifi with fon using my credentials and suddenly got the error saying password/email was wrong. After several attempts on different browsers/devices and still no avail.
I then tried logging into BT 'my account' to check but it keeps logging me back out after a second and im back to the log in page. This is driving me mad since my daughter uses the wifi to speak to her mum in italy while outdoors. The system also is saying my account email ID isnt recognised but yet my home router works fine. Sound like a problem on your part and not mine. Whats going on? Thanks
