BT not honouring Topcashback

Hi I’m hoping a moderator can help me.
I chose to join BT via topcashback due to the great deal offered of £80 topcashback,
This has been declined as they say it wasn’t ordered via Topcashback although the order appears on my topcashback account.
I feel this is entirely unfair as even the topcashback sign was constantly on the top left hand corner of my iPad screen.
Due to this being the attraction of joining BT I am very disappointed that this has happened, it reduces my bill for the contract term and would now be more expensive than my previous supplier.
I would be grateful if this could be sorted for me. Best Regards

Have you contacted topcashback to see what they say as your money would come from them not direct from bt

Hi Imjolly, Yes I have and they messaged me saying BT have said I didn’t buy my package via Topcashback, and I most certainly did, my visits are recorded on my topcashback account. Thank you for your message. Best Regards

I joined bt in january and am also still waiting for their advertised cashback. It wws a big draw for me as well as they claim to be a 'faster payout' conpany. Im still waiting for a cashback reward of £120 to be honoured

Yes it was and I raised a complaint with BT and received a phone call to advise it has been put through, but not received as yet, hope that helps

So you contacted TCB (easier to write) and they have said that BT told them you haven't purchased through BT directly so no cashback?  But you have proof you have?  So I would suggest you need to go back to TCB and state you have evidence. 

TCB should (as you went via them) deal with this for you, not BT.

I did complain to TCB but they couldn’t get anywhere with BT, I think TCB Just send computerised forms and accept the response, when I spoke with BT they advised they have had some problems and have a special form to complete and then authorise it, I should receive this in a few days I was told by BT.

Hi @Wilks64 Sorry you are experiencing a problem claiming your TCB for your BT order.

Please can you confirm if the first 3 letters of your order reference are AJM?

They are AAZ but I think mine is sorted by David at Enniskillen, he called me last week.
