Having looked at the many posts about this it would appear I need a moderators help. As with many others my parental controls became unavailable just after trying to set them up. Tried webchat and two calls to broadband faults. The first call I was told to do a factory reset on the hub, leave it overnight and try again. No joy so second call, advisor decides to raise a ticket for the back office to have a look. All well and good until I was told it could take up to seven days! This is completely unacceptable as I cannot access iplayer, youtube, whatsapp and a whole host of other services. If it were a fault on the openreach network then I would have some redress under the service guarentee but there are no such guarentees for broadband. I cannot even check to see if the fault has been raised. Any help would be appreciated.

Our developers have come back to me stating that they believe that the service is working. Are you able to use your parental controls? If you still cannot get into it please let me know so I can escalate it with them.
