Re: BT price increases: what benefits am I going see?

Would I be right in thinking we will get a letter from BT and the option of leaving our contracts due to this increase?

I'm pretty shocked by the price increases. It does seem as though we are being charged way above the rate of inflation without any sound reason.

So that would be just like the last few years, then.  Personally, I'm disappointed, but not remotely surprised.

Yes.  You should be getting either a posted letter, or an email.  This will tell you what number to contact if you wish to leave your contract early.

Re: BT price increases: what benefits am I going see?

Just phoned and was able without cost to cancel my contract for BT Sport. I am keeping my broadband however as I have an amazingly cheap deal for two years.
