I’ve recently had BT broadband installed (over 2 weeks ago) and have just tried claiming my BT reward card and Amazon voucher (as advertised on the deal I purchased through BT), however when trying to claim these via my BT online account, a message keeps appearing saying I have no rewards to claim. Please can anyone advise how I can get this rectified? Thanks

Sorry you're having problems claiming. Can you just confirm when the order was placed and when you were activated?
