I ordered BT Fibre 2 Broadband on 7 June and there was an offer of a £100 MasterCard reward card. My service went live today but the card is not showing in my reward section. Do I need to call customer services to activate it?
Any help would be really appreciated.

Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post.
You won't be able to claim the Reward card until your 14 days cooling-off period finishes which starts the day after your service went live.
