Hello, I signed up for bt broadband in December when there was an offer with a rewardcard but I cannot see the offer anywhere.

Yes, followed the exact process. But there is sun of any BT reward as they promised. it’s a shame, BT makes false promises to attract customers

I'm sorry for the problems you're having claiming for your reward card. Could I just ask you to log in here with your BT ID and let me know what it shows? --> Log in to My Rewards
