I recieved a BT rewards card last march with £80 prepaid onto it. I registered the card and was told I had a year to use it or I would lose the balance. After finding out my partner was pregnant we would use it towards something for the baby, after months of forgetting and not using the card i tried to get into my account and was told my account had been blocked and couldn't use the card. I tried to get this unblocked but had no luck. I recently tried to get back into my account but was told my card had now expired and i couldn't get a new card sent out because of this. I think this a poor service from BT and will not be returning as a customer if this issue is not resolved easily.
