After you send the email you join a queue of other customers who all consider their problem priority hence why mods reply in the order the emails are received. Depending on queue it can take up to 3/5 working days for mods yo contact you by phone or email

 

There is obviously a problem as it is not normal to get your problem ordering

it is unusual but not impossible for neighbouring houses to be on different cabinets let the mods resolve this one for you
