BT sending bill to my address with other person's name 12 months+ now

BT has keep sending bill to my address with other person's name. 

this has been keep going 12months+ now.  And I had retuned 12 times, BT still sending!

Can you please stop it?

Hi @victorxiao   With any mail delivered to my address with the wrong name on, especially if it has a return address on the envelope, write not known at this address and pop it back into a postbox.
