I an getting messages from BT sent to an old email address. I changed my email address some time ago.
The message content says "We sent this email to you because you subscribed to BT Services via *****@*****.co.uk"
There is a Unsubscribe option in the email, but I don't want to unsubscribe, I just want to change the email address to my current one. I cannot find anything in "MyBT" where I can do this. All my personal and account info in MyBT is correct and up to date.
If I was to "unsubscribe" the old email address, I cannot see any way to re-subscribe with the new address.
Hi Ted_ntsx, sorry you are getting emails from us to an old email address. Please have a chat with the Billing Live Chat Team and they will be able to ensure that the correct email address is stored on our system for your account and they can remove the old email address as well.
