Hi, I have purchased and had delivered yesterday, one of thes Signal Assist boxes. I purchased it from the BT shop.

I have read the very simple instruction leaflet from BT that was included in the packaging.

I set it up by connecting it to my BT router and switched it on, after flashing red and green a couple of times it has been flashing a green light for hours. The instruction leaflet says that the configuration process is automated and should be complete in 24 hrs.

On reading earlier posts, I understand that some of you did have to register this box with BT to get it working, is this no longer the case and it is now an automated process, as per the instructions?

It should automatically register itself. Mine was delivered and connected and after a few hours it was steady green. It varies from device to device on length of time.

Thanks kblokey, that was a lightning quick response to my question. I will now leave the box alone and not bother anyone at BT technical with my query.

Hi all,

I have just checked my BT Signal Assist box and it has a solid green light now,  so it looks as though all is well !
