We have accidentally signed up to BTSport 24 month contract tonight when we thought we were signing up to a month pass. Realised after ten minutes when we got the confirmation email what we had done - spent 40 minutes on hold trying to call BT before they closed the lines for the night but couldn’t get through. Have read in the Ts and Cs that there is no cooling off period - are we liable for 24 months of this even though we tried to cancel 10 minutes after clicking the button?! HELP!!!
