BT sport app stopped working

Hi
I have been using BT sport app OK until recently. I always get a vc011 error. Have all suggestions on website but still it fails. I use a EE mobile harrier and its an android 5.0.2

Have you reported it to the developer? It seems to be a big problem at the moment with the recent update.
