Back in June, it seemed the credit refund was displayed on my account as I can see it from the BT App, however when I checked the latest bill and previous bills (April, May, June) recently, I realised it was disappeared from the bill and no where to reflect that credit is refunded back to me. Would you please advise this situation and appreciate if you could be able to help me on this?
