Hi there. Could you tell me what the issue was please? Just been talking to a BT person via online chat tool and they are convinced my problem is with my adapters/extenders and therefore sending me new ones. Does this sound correct? I also cannot watch my entertainment package channels either or watch catch up....my adapters are not showing the data lights
I'm not sure what the problem was to be honest, yours sounds a little different as I could watch everything else aprt from the BT Sport channels.
Good news is that you're in the right place, the team on here resolved my problem very quickly!

Sorry you're having problems with your TV. Are you able to connct the box directly using an ethernet cable?
