Signed up for BT fibre with free BT sports on 13th sept, sports supposedly activated on 13th, works on the app but still not working on sky box and it's now 24th. Rang BT who said they did all they could at their end and it should work in an hour or 2, that was last night and still nothing. Can anyone help??
Fibre getting connected on Thurs so yes it's an open order- nothing mentioned anywhere about this being an issue receiving sports on the sky box so as far as I'm concerned it should still work. Yes I'll try that thank you.
