What is going on.? I did not order BT Sport I do not want bt Sport. But 3 payments of £5 have been taken from my DDebit. I have sent 2 Complaint emails to BT Have had auto response of a reply in 48hrs or max 96 hrs..... Guess what I have had no further response from them. What an organisation. I am not in contract so will probably cancel sevice and go somewhere else that has a proper customer relations policy.

Hi I thought I would update you. Prior to trying the link above I had another address given me.
firstname.lastname@example.org I left message on this address and within 4 hours got a tele call from helpfull young Irish fella. Explained prob and he said my D. Debit for next month would revert back to original amount and I would be refunded in full the Sport Package deductions. What a solution. Might help many others.
