BT tell me my broadband is live but every time there is an ussue
I have been dealing with BT for over 10 weeks now and every time I speak to them they tell me a different story. I am trying to get my broadband activated and everyone else on the street now has it and I'm told that I should but then it doesn't work and so I contact them and I'm told a different story from a different person each day and I'm at my wits end! I would like to speak to an English person who will deal with my issues and not someone different each time who then takes hours reading through all the notes! Someone please help
