BT tv player

Hi I subscribed to BT. I have got the broadband connected and the sports is working on the tablet however there is no to working and when I go on to player all it says is stay connected with BT BT tv player and get the complete experience. Can anyone help?

Do you have a BT TV subscription? If so, when was your activiation date for TV? If it's passed, have you carried out a software update?
