Yesterday BT upgraded to fibre locally. Our broadband has reappeared but it is intermittent on some equipment. It is now non-existent on the TV box which says that it is not connected to the hub. We have tried everything - disconnecting, resetting etc... - but no success. Connection has been very poor for over 3 months on the TV box but I was assured by BT that the change to fibre locally would solve the problems. Early signs are that it is worse.
did you get a new hub? if hh6 then I would turn off smart setup as that often causes problems
