Hello, I’ve had the BT Monitor since about February and it’s worked perfectly, then this week the parent unit will suddenly lose connection and emit a large sound. I turn it all off and back on and reset and all those things and sometimes that works, but then a few hours later it happens again. Not to mention this happens while the baby is asleep so trying to fix it so I can see her isn’t great while she’s sleeping! Am I doing something wrong?
I'm having the same issue, came here to see if i could work out how to fix it. Sounds like they maybe updated something? I'm guessing it can be updated over wifi
I did a full reset of the camera, held the link button down and then turned off the camera while still holding down the link button and then after 10 seconds turning the camera back on and then still holding I until the camera made a beep sound. This reset the camera and since then has worked
