I have come to this community in desperation as everyday since BT forced an email "update" on me my life has been miserable. Each day I find glitches, bugs and problems that I really do not need in my life. Having arrived at this community I see I am not alone. I really do not have the time, energy or inclination to become a full time tester for BT software, although I feel that BT think I and everyone else should be!
In this day and age it is really not acceptable to launch software with this many issues. Even the BT responses don't seem to incorporate any urgency in rectifying the problem but simply promising future monthly updates will address some of the issues. This is so poor I am considering leaving BT for a company that can provide a more user friendly email service.
just use a third party email provider like outlook or thunderbird and get your BT mail (and any other email accounts) that way far better setup and no hassle
Thanks for suggestion. I am using Outlook now and my blood pressure has returned to normal. Still astounded that BT can get something so wrong!!!
