As stated in Message 20, Edge works fine for me, but I may be using a different version of Edge to access my BT Mail. My version of Edge is 83.0.478.58. Might be worth checking

Just got the work laptop booted up, and same error in edge, as chrome and safari.
Webmail should work on any up to date browser, there should be no need for anything specific, thats the whole idea behind it.

Same (Or similar) problem, was working ok about a week ago, I have cleared cookies etc, reset my browser, tried a different browser with the same problem.
Having the same problem, it worked last week but now all I get is:
This page isn’t working
signin1.bt.com didn’t send any data.
How do I fix this?
