I don't have an @btinternet email address, so I go to
https://www.bt.com/appsconsumeraccount/secure/BTWifiRegistered.do?ServiceName=BTWIFI&Action=DOWNLOAD... to opt out of BT fon wifi. I get a message 'Sorry, we have been unable to opt you out of BT Wi-fi. Please try again.' when I click opt out, please advise.
