BT wifi with fon

Hi all.

After browsing previous posts it seems that my question is fairly common.

I have been trying to have BT dis-able the wifi with fon option from my router.

I have contacted BT on more than a few times by web chat and phone to discuss this.

It is still active despite being told it has been actioned.The time quoted to activate this has varied with every call from

between 4 hours and 24 days. 

Are there any other options as this has taken 2 months already and no further forward.

Email bt.wifi.admin@bt.com with your request to have BT Wi-fi disabled and include your hub serial number.

Copy it from the hub technical log as it needs to include all the symbols not just numbers.
