BT wouldn't let me order the ultra HD box

Even though my street is said to get between 66-80MB the woman on the phone wouldn't let me order BT TV by upgrading to that and infinity broadband 2.

 

why is this when it only requires 44mb for UHD box? When I'm projected to get 66-MB?

Odd why they won't let you order the UHD box - but I don't think you'll get UHD Sports on 44MB.

 

They let me order the UHD box with no problem - even though I can't have UHD sport and get around 48MB downloads.

How much MB do you need for 4k BT sport? I'm quoted 68-80 for infinity 2
