BT youview won't record two channels after software update
After recieving the new software/UI we randomly are unable to record two channels simultaneously. As an example tonight we wanted to record Victoria on ITV +1 and MOTD 2 on BBC1. MOTD 2 refused to do anything when pressing record. No error, no suggestions of a clash (Which we checked and there were none). After cancelling Victoria MOTD2 then decided it would record. We have had exactly the same thing with other channels. Power off, pull the plug for 30secs seemed to then suddenly allow it to start recording again. We are getting fed up now though as it's becoming far too frequent. Really don't want to a full factory reset as I'm not convinced it will work and I have a box full of recordings to watch. Any ideas or suggestions would be welcomed.
