BT4600 Calls List

BT4600 phone shows 50 Full Calls but pressing Calls> gets a "Not Available" message so they can't be cleared. Re-setting the handset doesn't help.

Hi @GwynehC, welcome to the community and thanks for posting. I don't believe those calls can be deleted, page 49 on the user manual goes into more detail on this but it does say the following 'When the list is full and a new call is received/made, the oldest entry will be deleted automatically. This is not Calls list memory.' I hope that helps?
