BT6500 Issues with prank calls

Hi guys, looking for some advice to see if I'm going wrong here.

I've followed the instructions for our handsets to block the number that keeps prank calling us, I've also blocked calls from withheld, no caller I'd and pay phones but the guy who thinks he's being a smart **bleep** keeps getting through and the phone is ringing at all times of the day/night, I blocked my number and my mothers to check if the block number feature was working but we can still get through even though those numbers are on the blocked numbers list.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is the calling number showing up, i.e. is the BT caller display facility working properly?

If its not, then its not possible for the phone to block numbers.

Hi,

No the calling number doesn't show, I've just ordered the BT Privacy with Caller Display and it should be complete by Tuesday so I'm assuming from then it would kick in and start blocking his calls?

The blocking facility on any of these type of phones utilise the caller display. If you dont have that the blocking will not work.
