On 20 June 2017, my BT6600 Nuisance Call Blockerbecame u/s. After many months of use, a black rectange appeared on the handset window of all 4 handsets. at he bottom of the rectangle was the word'FULL'; above it was the image of a handset receiver and a letter 'x'. Eventually, I figured out that , probable, a database in the base station had kept a record of all incoming calls. When I  had cleared the blockage,  normal service was resumed. However,  a couple of days ago the database filled again, and calling and receiving was not possible. Clear all calls -  and normal service was resumed, Today the same fault occurred. There is nothing that I can see in the Quick User Guide to help. BT points me at a 65p per minute number for help. What do I have to do to get the system back to normal functionality
