Apologies if this has already been posted but I am new subscriber. I am having same problem with BT8500 Call Guardian in that until last week it worked fine but now announces calls from my Phone Book except mobiles. Have tried everything BT has suggested on my 3 calls to them but still no change. As we have Caller Display perhaps it will sort itself out.
