BT8500 phone

I pay for caller display but for whatever reason when I click on calls it says not currently available, I have reset the base and I have reset the handset to no avail any ideas please

Caller Display check it's switched on by entering the code * # 234 #. If it's active you'll get the message Caller identity will be displayed

nope the code you told me to put in just stays on the screen 😞

You need to call it, press the call button after you have input the code.

it says callers identity will be displayed, please hang uo so I go to the calls and nothing, I have to say since posting I have contacted my phone comapny to see if there is something wrong, they are going to run a fault line check because they say it is showing as working, but because all 3 of my phones arent caller displaying there may be a line fault thankyou for your help

I would agree, you have a line or exchange fault.
