For about 2 weeks my BT Home Hub 4 has been struggling.
Last night I found out that the Humax Freeview Box is affecting the broadband, high packet loss 20-40% and you are unable to load webpages, basically you cannot do anything.
I have phoned BT twice and they said that they 'boosted up my speed' but I am confused to why it cannot even handle the TV..
I have checked for broken cabling and I have tried a factory reset today but still nothing has changed.
As soon as I turn on the TV Box the broadband just dies even if it is not on HD channels, this is very weird. I have searched everywhere but I have decided to just post here, hopefully someone can help me and guide me.
