BTHub 6 is restricting Sky Store

Just had the Sky engineer leave as the Sky box can’t connect to the store. Turns out, when we connect to the Sky box with another broadband route (mobile hotspot) Sky Store appears! The Sky box is hardwired to the Hub and we just cant work out why this is happening, any ideas?

Have you made sure you have turned off Smart Setup?

Try turning Smart Setup off.

Do you have BT Parental controls, or BT Protect, activated on your account, as that may be blocking the website.

 

If you cannot get any connection to the Sky Box, then this page may help Sky On Demand problems
