Hi, I have had a BT Hub 5 for a while now. I was just wanting to make sure the passwords sent with it are unique to this hub and me i.e. not just standard ones.
I phoned BT and they said they were unique but I just wanted to double check.
I am not great with technology and computers.

They are unique, but you can change it yourself if you so wish. However, if you do change it, a factory reset will revert the password back to default.
The reason for that is the hub management page is http rather than the secure Https. It's not a problem as the page is only accessible within your LAN.
