BTMail sent items not appearing in BTMails sent folder

When I use my IPad to send mail the sent item does not appear under the BTMail sent folder but the Yahoo mail sent folder. This does not happen with my desktop using windows 10 mail.

Hi @Trevornich,

When you log into BT Mail using webmail on BT.com does it show as BT Mail or BT Yahoo at the top of the page?

Is the iPad the only mobile device or client that you are using to access your emails?

Can you double-check that you are using the correct BT Mail settings as previously in the past people used Yahoo settings as a workaround?

Many thanks SP for your help. 

I have checked and I am using BTMail not Yahoo. I am using other devices on which there is no problem.  On checking following your post, I discovered that mail in the IPad was still defaulting to Yahoo and not btinternet.  I have changed that and it now seems to be working fine.
