I've just moved house, my fibre to the premises has started up today. I have a new YouView box but when I've started it I get a message saying I'm not a BT TV customer with error code BTP-15000. I have spoken to a couple of very helpful people on the phone today but with no luck. I have reset my YouView box as instructed, but still cannot access my subscription channels, only freeview. I would be so grateful for any help or advice on how to rectify this?
