BTTV app on amazon firestick suddenly not working

I have the same problem too, always watch BT TV in the bedroom using the fire TV stick but stopped working with error message zs001  yesterday. How can this be resolved I have uninstalled app and reinstalled but still not working any help would be much appreciated.

I have a 1st Generation Fire TV box, so I don't know if there is a difference between that and the Firestick. But you could try the "restart" option in the My Fire TV section.

Is there any updates on this? Ive also got the same issue

We've identified that this issue has been caused by an update that Amazon is pushing to all their devices, that our app is incorrectly reporting as suspicious.  We're working as fast as we can to fix this, but can't offer a specific date at the moment.

mine has started now, thought it was because i had 4k Bt box installed, done the same uninstall/reinstall still the same error..

I changed my router two days ago, just tried to logon to the BT TV and getting this same message.

Now can’t access the Sport channels on my TV. 
That’s handy with the football leagues starting up.

We have a fix that is now being tested. All being well, the update will be in the Amazon App Store on Tuesday. I'll update here as soon as it's available.
